The Silent Curator behind your Japan Investment
Founder & Curator
KZ Sawada
Born in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. Currently based in Zushi City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
In 2013, he founded YADOKARI Inc., a company engaged in the manufacturing and sales of tiny houses, as well as village development, operations, and media. With extensive hands-on experience and accumulated expertise in spatial design and real estate development, he has established a strong presence within Japan’s housing industry. His recent work has also been featured on NHK WORLD.
He also planned and operated “Akiya Gateway,” a platform matching low-cost properties (ranging from ¥100 to ¥1,000,000) across Japan, which was successfully exited through a site M&A in 2023.
Leveraging a unique network within Japan’s housing sector, he provides access to off-market property insights and direct connections with local agents—opportunities that are typically unavailable through conventional automated aggregation platforms.
Beyond property acquisition, he offers comprehensive consulting services focused on maximizing returns, including the development and utilization of underused land through high-yield trailer house installations, thereby enhancing the value of real estate portfolios in Japan.
